Northeast Regional Simulation Fellow Induction Programme 21st August - Sign up!

This induction day is designed for Simulation Fellows and Teaching Fellows involved in or looking to get involved in simulation-based education. Whether you’re new to simulation or already have some experience, this day will set the foundation for a successful and impactful year ahead.


This is an excellent opportunity for new simulation fellows, and teaching fellows who will deliver simulation training, to learn all of the necessary tips and tricks to hit the ground running ahead of the new academic year.


What will the day involve?

This will be an interactive, hands-on day including:

  • A focused session on Designing quality projects, involving patient safety and abstract submission as a teaching fellow

  • Practical workshops on scenario writing and debriefing

  • Optional breakout sessions in tech & manikins or communication simulation

  • Tips and insights from experienced educators

  • Time for networking and peer support

 

There is no cost to attend and lunch will be provided!


The timetable runs from 9.30am to 4pm

Simulation Centre, Freeman Road Hospital, Newcastle, NE7, 7DN
