
Quality & Patient Safety Conference

Health Education England in the North East and North Cumbria are holding a Quality and Patient Safety conference. The purpose of the conference is to share innovations across the themes of the HEE Quality Framework, patient safety and to discuss educational workforce challenges facing the NHS. The event will help to further develop knowledge of the themes of the HEE Quality Framework and raise patient safety as a priority in education and training and how learning from error can be implemented in practice.
This will be a stakeholder engagement conference with the opportunity for networking and to share innovation and expertise of work taking place within the region.
Target Audience
The event is for healthcare professionals working across the North East and North Cumbria who are either interested in or actively involved with the delivery of education and training and quality interventions locally.
Call for Abstracts
To recognise and celebrate the great work going on within the region, there will be an opportunity to share best practice with colleagues. If you have an area of work that you would like to showcase as a poster we are inviting submission of abstracts.
Deadline for abstracts is 20 October 2019.
